TECHRP have 8sets of precise vacuum facility made by Germany, which allows us to produce various kinds of plastic prototype, so as to satisfy customer’s trial order and testing standard requirements. We make high quality prototypes for low-volume manufacturing，we use silicon material to build the mould. The material of the prototype depends on the type of resin, characteristics of the parts and the number of parts you required.We are one of the very few rapid prototype mold manufacturers in China who has the capacity of manufacturing the large size silicon mould. We are proud of our successful products like thousands of front and back bumper guard and the whole set of instruments.
